They'll probably keep Weekend Wake Up! but probably go with cheaper or less experienced talent. Who knows- some of the more experienced reporters could land at Channel 2. Several former Ch 4 and Ch 7 personalities have done very well there and have stayed long term.

WHAT??? A news organization possibly cut seniority for salary? really? noooo.[dripping with sarcasm]. That's the business in a tough economy. On a happier note: I admired Mylous' work and professionalism in the field. But mostly I admired that he had a chance to work at the SAME station 20+years. Sorry, but I'll probably never get a shot to have such longevity in my young career.

At this rate, channel 4 is going to turn into channel 7 pretty quickly. They still don't have a permanent weekend meteorologist, either... makes me wonder if Weekend Wake Up! is on the chopping block...
