Snorton Norton has catered to lower intelligent programming for such a long time that it does not show well to WNY. The best part is that he is now retired and still collecting. Absolutely amazing.

Totally agree with you Dave about Norton. I always wondered how he stayed on 97 Rock for so long when he is such a jerk to everyone around him. I guess riding on a Ferris wheel back in ’83 to bring the Police to Buffalo carried a lot of weight around here

Larry Norton is an ass. I haven’t listened to him since he was a jerk to me when I interned for their radio company in the mid-90s. Total jackass. And I tell everyone. Now Carl Russo and Cindy Chan, however… Greatest people ever.

I’m wondering if that’s a mandate from ABC higher-ups, because I’ve seen this complaint in various forms throughout the country. Not that I’m saying it’s right to have news tie-ins with programming, because it’s certainly not!, but ABC’s been known to do it.
