I guess I'm older than you. It started on ABC, went to NBC, came back to ABC. I believe that's the history.

thanks for the reminder that this series would be starting tonight. I grew up watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" every Sunday night at 7:30pm. So glad that I tuned in. It was nice to see this generation's version of classic family night TV :)

Just one thing: you stated that the original "WWofD" aired on ABC, but I remember that it aired on the local NBC affiliate back in the 60's/70's (right after Marlon Perkins "Wild Kingdom")

Good to see Jennifer Morrison working in prime time again... I always liked her on "House." Saw a "commercial" for the show while at the movies last weekend, and it is a show that our family is excited about checking out when it premieres. And she's not so bad to look at, either.

Also good to see Lisa Edelstein go to "The Good Wife." I don't watch the show, but glad to see she left "House" before it's end for a show that is taking off.

I, too, became emotional at the death of Kent Hull. Watching Marv Levy choke up as he paid tribute to Hull at the center's retirement news conference (which Channel 2 replayed Tuesday night) brought tears to my eyes. Now, I'm a die hard Bills fan who wants Buffalo to win a Super Bowl in my lifetime. But after watching and hearing the TV and radio tributes and reading about Hull in the News, I was thinking that maybe it would be okay if that Super Bowl win never comes.

Football has changed for the worse since the Bills' four Super Bowl appearances. There's no loyalty. The big owners -- Jones, Kraft and Snyder -- are in it to make more and more money. I'm appalled that we as taxpayers will be asked to fund up to $100 million dollars in stadium improvements so Ralph Wilson can make even more money while school districts in New York are struggling to make ends meet. So, now a part of me is saying that the Kelly, Thomas, Reed, Smith, Talley and Hull era should forever remain the pinnacle of success in Buffalo rather than seeing some team (even this one as much as I like Freddie Jackson and Fitz) grasp the brass ring that should have gone to the team of the '90s.

Again, if the Bills make the playoffs this year and make an improbable Super Bowl run, I'll be solidly behind them and rooting all the way. But Hull's death has given me a peace of mind that if the Bills leave our town for greener pastures, we will always have our memories of that great team of the early '90s. And that's something that can't be taken away!
