Now if Channel 4 can get some decent graphics, at least it may help distract people from seeing the “kiddie corps.” They should borrow what their sister station WISH TV in Indianapolis uses. That would seriously give Ch 2 a run for the money in the graphics department.

Savannah is much better than Ann anyway. Ann just got the job because she pouted and probably was going to leave if she didn’t get the job after Meredith left. Savannah doesn’t have the fake, condescending attitude like Ann does but instead is smart and charming without looking fake.

Ann Curry was awkward as a news reader, but she’s even more awkward as an anchor. I thought she was a reach when they picked her to replace Meredith Vieira, and while she has been slightly better than I anticipated, I still find her banter very awkward with everyone and there is zero chemistry with Matt and Al, who seem to just look at her like she’s going to derail the segment at any minute.

Seacrest is a talented voice and talker, but I don’t see him going to Iran to interview Ahmadinejad or to Russia to talk to Putin. He doesn’t have the rep. He’s more fit to replace Regis Philbin.
